This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Sherry Sutton Coaching, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the creators of Paige: Your Podcast Production Partner ("Paige" or "the App").
By creating an account, subscribing, or using Paige in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Paige is an AI-powered content repurposing application. You upload your podcast episode transcript, and Paige transforms it into multiple pieces of marketing content written in your unique voice. Content types may include, but are not limited to:
Paige also includes access to the Podcast to Payday Collective community as part of your membership (see Section 4).
To use Paige, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Paige is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel.
Pricing. Subscription pricing is listed on our website and may be updated from time to time. We will provide notice of any pricing changes before your next billing cycle.
Free Trials or Promotional Offers. If you sign up under a free trial or promotional rate, your subscription will automatically convert to the standard rate at the end of the promotional period unless you cancel before that date.
Bundled Discounts. If you enrolled through the Podcast to Payday course or another partner offer at a discounted rate, that rate applies only as long as the qualifying conditions are met. We reserve the right to adjust bundled pricing with advance notice.
Every Paige membership includes access to the Podcast to Payday Collective, an online community for business owners growing their visibility through podcasting. The Collective includes live trainings, mastermind sessions, and a member chat group.
Participation in the Collective is subject to our Community Guidelines (see Section 10). We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue Collective features at any time.
Ownership. You retain full ownership of the content you upload to Paige, including your podcast transcripts, brand information, and voice profile data.
Content Paige Creates for You. The marketing content Paige generates from your transcripts is yours to use, edit, publish, and distribute as you see fit. We claim no ownership over the output Paige produces for you.
License to Us. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Paige service. We will not sell your content, share it publicly, or use it in marketing without your written permission.
Paige uses artificial intelligence to generate content recommendations and written materials. While Paige is designed to produce high-quality, voice-matched content, AI-generated output may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not fully reflect your intent.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing or distributing it. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your use of AI-generated content without review.
You agree to use Paige only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to:
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Refund Policy. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a billing error, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
We take your privacy seriously. Our collection, use, and storage of your personal information and content is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

We reserve the right to remove members who violate these guidelines, with or without notice, and without refund.
Paige, including its design, character, branding, code, AI models, and all related materials, is the intellectual property of Sherry Sutton Coaching, LLC. Nothing in this Agreement grants you ownership of or rights to our proprietary technology or brand assets.
The Paige character, name, and visual identity may not be reproduced, modified, or used outside of the App without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sherry Sutton Coaching, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Paige, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Paige subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Paige is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee that Paige will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be suitable for any specific use without your review and editing.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the App before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Paige after the updated Agreement takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
You may also terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Texas.
